After immersing yourself in Merapi's serene beauty, we'll venture to the majestic Prambanan Temple complex, a masterpiece of Hindu architecture dedicated to the Trimurti gods: Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva. Next trip, you will be taken to visit Borobudur temple. Borobudur consists of three monuments: namely the Borobudur Temple and two smaller temples situated to the east on a straight axis to Borobudur. The two temples are Mendut Temple, whose depiction of Buddha is represented by a formidable monolith accompanied by two Bodhisattvas, and Pawon Temple, a smaller temple whose inner space does not reveal which deity might have been the object of worship. You need two hours to explore the temple.

 

 

After finishing Borobudur, you will be dropped off hotel in Yogyakarta. End of service.

  • 03.40 AM – 04.00 AM: Pick up at your hotel to go Merapi Volcano area
  • 04.00 AM – 05.50 AM: Start going to the viewpoint (Bunker Kaliadem) by 4×4 Jeep
  • 05.50 AM – 07.30 AM: Explore the surrounding volcano area by visiting Museum Sisa Hartaku a
  • 07.30 AM – 08.30 AM: Proceed to Prambanan Temple
  • 08.30 AM – 10.30 AM: Explore Prambanan Temple and learn the interesting history from the local guide
  • 10.30 AM – 12.00 PM: Proceed to Borobudur Temple
  • 12.00 AM – 13.00 PM: Having lunch in a local resto nearby on your own
  • 13.00 PM – 15.00 PM: Explore Borobudur Temple by climbing it up to the top level
  • 15.00 AM - 16:30 PM: Return transfer to hotel. End of services!
